By using nobleandwag.com and placing an order you agree to these terms. Noble & Wag is a brand operated by Spark Growth Digital LLC ("we", "us").

• Custom products: artwork is created from the photo and options you provide. You confirm you have the right to use any photo you upload.
• Approval: we provide a digital proof for your approval before printing. Once you approve, production begins.
• Pricing & payment: prices are in USD and include the artwork plus your chosen format, size and frame. Payment is processed securely at checkout.
• Intellectual property: you keep the rights to your pet's likeness; we retain rights to our artistic styles and templates. We may show finished artwork as a sample unless you ask us not to.
• Liability: our liability is limited to the value of your order. The Happiness Guarantee in our refund policy is your primary remedy.
• Governing law: these terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.
