Free preview & unlimited revisions. Before we print anything, we send a digital proof. Tell us what to change and we'll revise it until you love it — at no cost.
30-day returns, on us. If you're not happy with your printed portrait for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right — a free remake or a full refund. Return shipping is free: if we need the item back, we'll email you a prepaid return label.
Damaged or incorrect? If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from your approved proof, send a photo within 30 days and we'll remake and reship it free — usually with no need to return anything.
Refund timing: approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days (your bank may take a little longer to post it).
Digital downloads are non-refundable once the final file has been delivered (because it can't be returned), but the free-preview/revision process applies before delivery.
