By using nobleandwag.com and placing an order you agree to these terms.

Custom products

Artwork is created from the photo and options you provide. You confirm you have the right to use any photo you upload. We provide a digital proof for your approval before printing; once approved, production begins.

Pricing & payment

• Prices are in USD and include the artwork plus your chosen format, size and frame. Shipping is calculated separately at checkout.
• Payment is processed securely at checkout through Shopify Payments (powered by Stripe) and/or Stripe. We accept major cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) and may offer Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and other wallets.
• All payment information is encrypted and handled by our PCI-DSS-compliant processor — Noble & Wag never sees or stores your full card number.
• Your order is confirmed once payment is authorised. We reserve the right to cancel and refund an order if it can't be fulfilled.

Intellectual property

You keep the rights to your pet's likeness; we retain rights to our artistic styles and templates. We may show finished artwork as a sample unless you ask us not to.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of your order. The Happiness Guarantee in our Refund Policy is your primary remedy. Questions? Email hello@nobleandwag.com.
