- Free preview & unlimited revisions. Before anything is printed we send a digital proof. Tell us what to change and we'll revise it until you love it — at no cost.
- Damaged or wrong items: if your print arrives damaged, defective, or different from your approved proof, email us within 30 days with a photo and we'll remake and reship it free.
- Not happy? Contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right or issue a refund.
- Digital downloads are non-refundable once the final file is delivered (it can't be returned), but the free preview/revision process always applies before delivery.
- Because items are personalized, we don't accept generic change-of-mind returns of printed goods after proof approval — but the guarantee above always applies.
To start a return or remake, email hello@nobleandwag.com with your order number. Refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days.
